Billable Users

Your billable user count is the total of all active and inactive (non-deleted) users in your account. You can see your live count at any time under Settings → Billing & Account Status.

Once users are deleted they are unrecoverable after 30 days. Please run reports before deleting users — we are not responsible for lost data. To recover a deleted user within 30 days, contact Product Support.
