Current Pricing

Thank you for choosing Tickadee. Currently pricing is tied to the number of billable users as outlined below.

Accounts with less than 25 billable users: $10/mo.
Accounts with 25 - 49 billable users: $24/mo.
Accounts with 50 - 99 billable users: $49/mo.
Accounts with 100+ billable users: $99/mo.

Billable Users

You may see your billable user count as seen below.

All users not deleted are counted towards your total billable users. If users are marked as inactive, they are still counted, since they’re still available for reporting purposes.

Once users are deleted, they are unrecoverable after 30 days. MAKE SURE YOU RUN YOUR REPORTS BEFORE YOU DELETE USERS! We are not responsible for lost data.

To recover a deleted user within 30 days, you must contact Product Support.

Select Show All Users to see the overall total.

Changes to Pricing

We may update our pricing from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any questions on your invoice. We will notify you of any changes by updating the pricing on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
