LotHill Solutions LLC ("LotHill Solutions", "we", "us", or "our") operates Tickadee, including the Tickadee website, online service, desktop applications, mobile applications, kiosk tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Tickadee allows customers to enter and manage employee-related information and time tracking records. This information is controlled by the customer that created or manages the Tickadee account.

LotHill Solutions acts as a service provider for this data. We do not determine the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of employee records entered by customers. Customers are responsible for obtaining any required permissions, providing any required notices, and complying with applicable employment, wage, payroll, tax, privacy, and recordkeeping laws.

3. Device, Log, and Usage Information

When you use the Service, we may collect technical and usage information, including IP address, browser type, browser version, operating system, device type, device identifiers, pages visited, features used, timestamps, referring pages, app version, crash information, diagnostic data, and other usage statistics.

This information helps us operate, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the Service.

4. Location, IP Verification, and Remote Access Features

Tickadee may include features that use IP addresses, remote access locations, device information, or location-related information to support clock-in controls, account security, remote access verification, mobile app features, or kiosk functionality.

Deleted users or related records may become unrecoverable after the recovery period stated in the Service or on the pricing page. Customers are responsible for exporting and preserving reports or records needed for payroll, compliance, tax, legal, or business purposes.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, security, or practices of third-party websites or services.

15. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
